that's not the party I am referring too. I'm talking build out rate. Telecom equipment spending growth rates and the corresponding insanely prices stocks in the sector. Bambs P.S. when we are through earnings warning season and into the next earnings season. I think many longs will be sadly surprised when they find out that pro-forma numbers aren't going to have the same effect they did in the past. It's time NT gets it's house in order. As the chart starts to look ugly, it will be harder to sell the dip to dumb money. Actual earnings growth will be needed going forward.
