Bambs, You should be careful to investigate your position because the comments you are making here and on the NT thread aren't making much sense... or perhaps I'm misunderstanding you. Pooling doesn't "brush away loses" - nothing of the sort. Where did you get this idea? Large option expenses - or do you mean large tax benefits? How will the new accounting rule change things? it'll make CSCO account for acquisitions like NT does today... but then, you don't like that either...... according to your posts over there. I'll admit it... I can't follow your line of thinking. You've lost me.
