There is but one only, living, and true God (not according to the bible) : who is infinite in being and perfection, a most pure spirit (not according to the bible) , invisible, without body, parts, or passions, (not according to the bible) immutable (not according to the bible) , immense, eternal, incomprehensible, almighty, most wise (not according to the bible) , most holy, most free, most absolute, working all things according to the counsel of His own immutable and most righteous will, for His own glory (not according to the bible) ; most loving, gracious, merciful, long-suffering (not according to the bible) , abundant in goodness and truth (not according to the bible) , forgiving iniquity, transgression, and sin (not according to the bible) ; the rewarder of them that diligently seek Him (not according to the bible) ; and withal, most just and terrible in His judgments (YES), hating all sin (not according to the bible) , and who will by no means clear the guilty (not according to the bible) . |
