Paul, without question there is accumulation going on....I notice Paine Webber on the bid and the last several big moves up this past 6 months were always prefaced by Paine Webber buying.......DELL earnings will certainly raise hopes for APCC to post a better than expected number next quarter. APCC is a quality market leader company and when it makes its move up it will be fast and furious....;^)
