I think it was a combination of factors that caused the dip, currency and fuel prices and paper companies weak (MERCS always seems to be lumped in with the paper companies, creates good buying opp).

Hopefully they will put out a PR announcing the successful completion of the modifications. Pulp prices seem to be holding up well.
