As am investor, I would like to remind all of us of an event that took place a few years ago that allows me to continue to support this company, even with the numerous management 'mistakes' I have seen over the years.

There was a couple of friends of mine who went to ADVR to visit Dr. Hirschman and he shared with them his vision. What was important to them was that they came away with was a sense of a deeply held commitment by Hirschman to the science of Reticulose and ADVR in bringing it to market.

What I was impressed with was the report that the doctor simply stated that he had a plan, - that step by step and increment by increment it would be implemented. Implemented in a way that at some point in time when all the blocks were in place, the company would become a thriving bio-tech corporation, bringing relief to millions of suffering people.

That he has made mistakes cannot be denied, but I feel he is marching to his drummer. This financial agreement may be the final block placed to allow the IND and further Phase I and II clinical testing.

Now the time to put up or shut up is quickly coming upon us, and we are very close to a resolution of the IND picture. Should there be yet another stumble and even more delay, the effects might be disastrous. But for now, I am hanging tough.
