Good luck !

Richard,

Thanks for your followup and support. I believe as companies are coming under more scrutiny it is important to have all the fundamentals of a good management structure in place. This also includes a strong directors board made up of individuals who bring specific strengths to a Jr. Resource Company as well as protection of shareholders interests.I was pleased with the opportunity to meet Vince Campbell at the PDAC. He was recently appointed to the board in light of his geology expertise. Anyone I have spoken to in regards to him speak well of his credibility as well.I hope he will be activily involved with the work program on the property this year.

The markets don't appear to be showing much enthusiasm for anything right at the moment.Think we've been BRE-Xed and salted to death here. I believe investors are taking a hard look at where their money goes right now. The way I see it is that they want companies with cash, strong management and the ability to bring results to the table. A little conscious responsibility to the shareholders won't hurt either.

PS. While I was editing I went back and read your other message. I agree that we so not have money to waste on fulltime ,high priced management. This is not a game of lets act like a Fortune 500 company. I also want my money spent in the groung not ta support extravagant show and tell life styles.Your right their is lots of expertise out there that can be utilized cost efficiently.

I don't know about anyone else here but I'm trying to live off my investments and it been a long time since I've had any spare money to throw around. I would love to see this stock show some value and move to where I can sell a few shares into profit just so I can keep the bill collector at bay.I know the future possibility of making some good money is here but in the mean time my belt draws tighter so believe me I want to see some good return for this new investment capital.
