The announcement regarding the merger calling it an acquisition on infospace investor page has vanished. Mr Ashok Narasimham is according to joint proxy the Chief Operating Officer of Infospace....he founded Prio which infospace bought...Mr Ashok seems to have some outside ambitions as he is starting something called enGaia Inc which is the main backer of this recently transformed new company called iMergent Technologies financialexpress.com Doesn't this guy have enough to do at infospace?
