SE i can't figure out what could be wrong. i'm afraid that i don't really understand what is (or isn't happening). but you must be getting frustrated by now, so don't feel compelled to explain everything again. i am curious if this is just a netscape thing? does it happen with internet explorer? have you taken your problem to netscape newsgroups? do you get error messages? are you running win98se? is anything else wrong with your pc? how long has this been happening? :) mark
