I've had a change of strategy.

This volitility is killing me. I've made a few bad calls short and long over the past few months.

I'm in the process of converting most of my non-gold holdings into straddle positions in semi stocks. Ahead of AMD's earnings, I'm expecting some big wipsaw days which should allow me to get out good. The premiums are high, but it really doesn't matter because these things are moving so much.
