I don't know chit for someone else, but why don't you stand aside for a while to fugure out that strategy. IMHO you foresee the possibility of an upturn in semi's -- am I correct? MHO is that they are doomed.

(Air pocket progressing nicely... Would love to see this turn into a position trade. -vbg)
