For those interested in revocable living trusts, I heartily recommend Make Your Own Living Trust from Nolo Press (http://www.nolo.com/product/LITR/summary_LITR.html?t=00780006403202000KeywordID*64). Even if you decide to use an attorney, this is a great book for going over the issues and options in a very plain-spoken way. For those not familiar with Nolo Press, they have a large series of self-help law books that I think are just superb. There is another book on the general topic of estate planning, software for drafting a will, etc.
