Scumbria, But you would not be adding any more chips than what you currently have. You have 8 now in each RIMM and I'm saying that with the 256Mbit parts, you could have 2+2 chips for 2 channel RIMM and 1+1+1+1 for 4 channel RIMM. Rather than talking about FUD (8 chips are doing fine on each RIMM and are cold to the touch), why don't you discuss if they are any reasons why it can't be done. And then you wonder why the longs call you names. It's because you are an ass. Go read my question and then read your response. This board will never calm down with a smart ass response like that. The problem is yours and yours alone in not having any constructive discussion here.
