okay scott... here's the response i get from newsgroups: "Right-click the Messenger window on the taskbar and choose RESTORE. If that choice is not available, then the window is already in that mode. Press <alt-spacebar>, then the M key. Use the arrow keys to move the window into view. When it's where it is supposed to be, press <enter>. If the arrows do not work, press NUMlock before using them." hope this helps :) mark
