Following their normal policy of not releasing official benchmarks until the actual release of their product? Tenchusatsu EDIT - I just saw your post to Elmer: <You LIED ELMER when you stated that Intel does not release benchmarks before the release of the CPU. Intel diseminated that at IDF Fall 2000 for P4 (remember the posts by two different websites?) a MPEG compression benchmark for P4. It did the same with Itanium.> I was not aware that Intel officially released any benchmark results for either Pentium 4 or for Itanium yet. Can you point me to those web sites which published those official benchmark scores?
