Terry, this reminds me about the story of KWG. This loan guarantee looks like a transaction at arm's length. Is this legal? Two million dollars would only last Bema 2 months(they must be running out of cash again by now), what are they going to do now? Sale of El calle will not give them cash immediately, I guess they have to sell more AZS shares soon to obtain more cash. Pitiful. Regards/
