Nets are being dumped because of tax loss selling. ARBA and ITWO are bucking the trend cause there isnt much loss to be had there. PCLN warning another factor. I agree one has to be cautious and we havent taken out 3650 on the NDX as well. However, NDX has stuck out its neck from the downtrending channel and has been bouncing off the upper boundary. So we have a shot at moving higher. A move below 3600 however will bring more selling.
