yep...it does remind one of that happy event. someone recently opined here (scotty?) that even mighty GE may warn...i'm thinking maybe not warn, but say something cautious about mounting defaults in GE capital's loan book and adverse foreign exchange effects. if that happens, it'll trip up the whole show...
