JDSU is another one starting to come into buy range though. For JDSU to get where NT is though (as far as 'bargain') they would have to hit about 88-90. NT is that far under it's 40 moving average right now. And Roth, NT's CEO's told the analyst's 10 days ago that he would fee more comfortable UPPING NT's earnings estimates. In short.. Nortel is extremely healthy and stealing market share like crazy from CSCO, LU and others. Their stock problems are due to a) the market b) competitors local issues c) bad press reports about the sector in general (another negative report coming out tomorrow). I would not buy LU or CSCO in here. Their problems are LT, and not sector, related. LU will fall soon. CSCO will take a long time in coming down but I believe they will (their market is getting eaten away by JNPR on one end, NT on the other and their bread and their butter router market is aging rapidly).
