i think this is a good assessment of the situation...there will also be European outflows related to tax deadlines. and a recent poll showed European institutional investors at their most bullish since '93 - which means they're fully invested, up to their eyeballs in US equities. now you know why Summers doesn't know what to say anymore about Euro/Dollar.
