I agree with you. I have to admit, it starts to get old sometimes that they continue to play these games month after month (or should I say year after year). I thought it was "funny" because nobody was selling at .1875 cents so why would they think someone would sell at .16 cents??? Of course, they know that they can probably scare some sells with such tactics.
