I know this was discussed on GBLX thread, but I don't recall a definitive answer: Do current GBLX holders (I am one) get any leg up on getting shares in AGCX? Is the AGC joint venture IPO in any way like a spinout where current holders get shares in the new entity (LU/Avaya comes to mind)? TIA PK
