i could easily imagine CSCO to eventually get into trouble over vendor financing...already some rumors about this were floating about. after all, so many CLECs and internet start-ups are going belly-up...there must be lots of almost new equipment be available second hand now.

Ralph Bloch was on TV and declared the market 'oversold'...i guess that's true. like the Nikkei, that was oversold all the way from 40K to 14K...
