Hi Bernard: IYO, if Winstar meets analysts' projections through the first half 2001 and is EBITDA positive by then, do you feel they will be able to get the funding they need to proceed thereafter? Do you think the reporting of good numbers for Q3'00 will be sufficient to stop the bleeding or must we wait several months more for Winstar to obtain more financing?
