A month from now as the key players in the fiber optic sector start to report all of this will be forgotten. As Roth/JDSU and everyone else says. They could cut way back on the demand and they are STILL SOLD OUT. Will there be casualties? Yes.. LU for one.. some of the aging telco's that don't modernize will (or telco's that try and grow too fast) be others. It's the same with every sector. One company begins to lose out to another and warns. The whole sector is hit (NT was hit last quarter when LU warned). This time some of the telco's were struggling and everyone was hit. Nothing changes. Except buy when quality companies that are beginning to take over tornado markets (nothing at all to disprove that - only some analysts reports - NO NUMBERS TO BACK THEM UP. ALL NUMBERS SHOW TORNADO GROWTH) go on sale. Name of the game. Again.. I wouldn't buy the losers.. just the winners (e.g. NT, JDSU/SDLI). Final price targets for me.. NT 56-58. JDSU 86-90. After that it's just wait for this whole mess to blow over.
