Yep. Im definitely in a wait and see mode. No rush to get anymore until I see some recovery in the leaders; INTC, AMAT, TXN.

We are back to the price of CMOS in DEC before the semi rally kicked into high gear. Don't see much downside left, but have been surprised before. Looking at the Feb 40's.
