Dear Webmistress/SI:

It has recently come to my attention that a participant on SI who uses the name 'Scott_Jiminez' (real name Ronald Hellendall) was once expelled from SI for serious rules infractions. He returned to SI in January of this year. I feel this reinstatement was inappropriate and said member should be expelled permanently.
