Hi Libby! Well, very simplistically... b2b at first was simply sticking a purchasing schedule on the web, so you didn't have to phone up the rep for pricing info.

Now the b2b's have moved into logistics and complex buziness transactions like shipping optimization between companies (optimizing truck loads etc) - this was the traditional ERP realm but much deeper than just a purchasing schedule, more potential.

So if you believe cmrc as a b2b is redoing a bunch of the old ERP stuff for the internet, then a relationship with Sap gives them a heads-up. Sap already has this stuff done for inside the interprise and thats a big learning curve already done, not to mention the installed base. Thats what I meant.
