Drew: I hope we do have enough margins. With SUNW coming with US III and everybody focusing on server and storage what other option do you have. May be this is why Kumar downgraded Dell to buy. But no reasonable figs. were shown till now to think Dell won't reach at least the 45 mark by Feb.(with .91-.82 y2001k earnings and p/e of 50). If it looks bad for earnings Dell better come out say it now. Any surprise downwards in earnings can kill this stock. Better to admit how tough the market is and take the kicks now and keep on marching. I can't find any symptoms that show any scar on this company for LT. I know I can build these servers cheaper. So I don't see why Dell won't have margins. I don't think kid is going to leave any money on the table. The market is probably playing into Dell's hands nicely.
