How long has it been now? --- And why has/is MS delayed/delaying at every opportunity? Interest of justice, you say?

1) Years.
2) My view is that a more favorable court outweighs the importance of expedition. Then again, it has been displayed that the Justices are quite willing to do the latter. Both are very positive and almost equal in importance as far as I'm concerned.
3) If your reference to 'justice' is the DOjustice, the answer is no. If your reference to 'justice' as a matter of law, then the answer is yes. There is a BIG difference between them, be careful not to confuse the two.
