With a surplus of more than $200 billion just this year, surely some of this money can be used to make life better for America's needy widows and widowers, as opposed to making the rich richer.

You advocated $200 billion in new welfare programs then quickly changed the subject to the GI bill and farm policy. I think anyone reading this conversation can plainly see who's ducking the issue.
