The argument of optical manufactures being sold out as a reason to hold them might be a flawed one if the market has already priced in the under capacity and future demand. As the manufactures continue to build out the capacity, and the telecos begin to slow down buying because wall streets has or will start to demand better looking bottom lines, the parity between supply and demand might be getting closer then we all realize.
