RD: We are getting close to the price war days. The higher end poweredge is reduced by 30% only. If there is a margin erosion I would expect that it is only minor. I don't think we can translate price cuts to margin erosion one to one. Overall I still expect Dell to make .25 each of the remaining quarters. I don't think the market will like to sit at 33 p/e for Dell. I will be somewhat skeptical on Dell's statements, but not totally pessimistic about it.
