Okay, I've been looking, and reading. My wife didn't much like me taking her out for lunch, and then reading news releases and filings much while eating, but....
I think the finacials look good, Deli King dragged them down a bit, but they expected that and have taken steps to get the lost business back.
Somewhere I read that the Grand Opening of Classica Food Service (formerly Deli King) would take place next week.
I'd be looking for news on that soon, I would think.
If this new state of the art commissary, is as good as it sounds to me, I don't think it will take them long to win the old customers back, and probably gain a bunch of new ones.
CMT (Classica Microwave Technologies) is very cool. Using microwaves to kill bacteria sounds a heck of a lot better to me, than irradiation, plus I'm no fan of additives or preservatives.
LOL that just reminded me of some cockamamie product saw advertised somewhere...some little box for a bunch of money, that you put a kitchen sponge into, to kill bacteria...but you can do the same, for free, by just wetting the sponge a bit, and zapping it in your own microwave...kills all the bacteria just the same.
The CMT microwave system appears to have no direct competitors with systems on the market now that can do what CMT can do...and CMT does it using much less space, much less energy, etc etc.
This news from a month ago, pretty much tells the whole story, and plans for the near future.
