flashing fake orders

Great post KevinMark but one minor disagreement.

Is it really illegal to flash orders? I do it all the time in after hours trading. If someone steps in front of my bid or ask, I start flashing orders all over the place to funk with their heads. The orders are real because my trading system won't allow me to post them if I don't have the money in the account to back them up. Wouldn't the same apply to those MM dudes who flash the big ones?
