These Communists need to learn a bit more about how a market operates, if it is to be efficient. Actually, I think the problem is that Efficiency (and even Prosperity) is not as high a priority as Control.

So.......how much of TD-SCDMA is QCOM's IP? I'll bet I know the answer the Ministry of Information Industry gives........

.......none. This battle is going to be just as bitter as the one over WCDMA.
