Zbyslaw, how about the CPI revisions due to a software flaw? I think we're close to the point where nothing but another serious big cap tech warning will deter the buyers and I'm betting most window dressing is out of the way. If we have another down day or two, so be it. I'd even consider going a tad bit onto margin to buy more stuff if we have one more big tumble over the next few days, but I believe earnings will save the day, if not next week, the week after. I also believe the Nasdaq may rally back up a couple hundred points before earnings kick in as many companies have felt compelled to try and stabilize their stock with reassuring comments regarding previous guidance and this has not been reflected in their current stock price IMO.
