(OTCBB: CAPR) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Opus Diagnostics Inc. (Opus), has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement for the U.S. with Polymedco, Inc., effective October 1, 2000. Polymedco, a New York based diagnostic company, will exclusively market and sell the Opus line of quality recognized INNOFLUOR(R) Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) assays throughout the United States. This agreement allows Opus to utilize Polymedco's experienced marketing department as well as its extensive sales force of 36 field representatives and 6 regional sales managers, to fulfill the diagnostic needs of the medical and research communities. Polymedco will stock and distribute Opus' products from its Cortlandt Manor, New York facility and will also offer a complete range of complementary products.
