The problem of trying to find quantitative proxies for what is key - quality - remains.

My thinking is that the point of Project Network (if that's the name ultimately agreed to) is to identify primarily the qualitative aspects that we've not seriously addressed in the past. The quantitative metrics that are included in the proposed format provide information to be added to the qualitative stuff. To the extent that some quantitative factors can be used to add enlightening perspective to a given qualitative factor might be helpful but only depending on the circumstance.

The more I learn about Gorilla Gaming, the more convinced I become that the financial stuff which is certainly the most easily quantifiable is a symptom of the qualitative stuff, not the cause of it.

Just my opinion.
