Trinchero, you are sitting on your ass in San Francisco, and don't know doodely sh** about what is happening in Texas. You don't know that there have been health care systems for disadvantaged children here for years, if not decades, that go unused by those that need them most, but there are also many thousands that are using these programs and their children receive medical attention at no cost to them. Those that do not use the systems, are illegals, and fear the use of programs will send up a red flag to the INS, which it will not. The reason you do not know about these programs, is because the federal government has nothing to do with it. The funding of doctors, nurses, clinics, and hospitals, is being provided by the counties, and the state of Texas. I have been involved with the county health program in Harris County, Texas, and have seen the benefits administered to many, many, people from poor living conditions that have kept their children healthy, or healed them when they have been hurt or sick.
You are making statements about situations you know nothing about, but I'll bet that is nothing new for the likes of you. ~H~ |
