Kevin, Here is a issue that is so very important for everyone on SI, and smaller retail traders to understand. I hope you all take this very serious and everyone complains and does there part, as you do have a say. I cannot understand how NASDAQ can try to implement this without SEC approval, it is like they are going to do try to do what is in there best interest and doesen't care about anything else.
