GBLX/EXDS Deal

I like this part of the press release too:

"Global Crossing will get about 20 percent of Exodus, giving it a piece of by far the largest Web hosting company, the Journal reported. Global Crossing will also get a seat on the board of Exodus."

Resulting from this deal:

* GBLX's stake in EXDS is basically the market share that Global Center commanded before the deal, so that GBLX keeps its market share in the hosting space at zero cost.

* GBLX's network has guaranteed traffic from a once reluctant customer.

* GBLX can focus on its core business
