Since late July, most telecom equipment stocks have been kicked in the nuts. Here's some examples. finance.yahoo.com finance.yahoo.com finance.yahoo.com The usual fear at this time WRT end of fiscal year spending (or lack there of) and reduced capital budgeting by the carriers. Then, magically, in October through January, they go up.
