I doubt it VERY much. $ 12 is the high end of the range. I'd be more than pleased with that. The market will then move it to where it belongs. Mainly I'm looking for a strong "outing" and $ 12 will do it. So long as its strong, the 12 or 15 will ultimately be of no consequence.
