The quote that I read is that next years teleco spending is expected to be 3.5% less then this years spending. This years spending was up.
30% from last year. Next year the spending growth will be negative.


Are you sure? I read that as meaning growth... but just slower... maybe only 25%. FWIW CSCO always gets beat up for not being more exposed to the carriers... Isn't it the least bit funny that now that there may be some slowing in spending (which btw I'm not sure is an accurate assesment) that CSCO is suffering. Seems counter to the argument that CSCO doesn't have a carrier business.

LU up today... Now there is a company with telco exposure!
