They've been treating SSTI like a "show me" stock. They've been shown and they still don't want to pay up. Personally I find this bullish for SSTI. You are on target when you say expect upgrades for SSTI after a double or triple. This stock is setting up beautifully a sustained move upward barring another major market meltdown.
