I, for one, see this as good news. It is obvious that the investing community sees it as good news too. With only enough money to see ADVR through the end of October they had to do something. It looks like this is a much better deal then they have made in the past. We are still looking for that evasive IND, this will help find it. More coverage couldn't hurt. Here is one from OTCnn just out this morning. Same news about the financing. otcnn.com
