ApplicationStation.com to Deploy USA Video Interactive System;
First Users to Include Customers of British Telecom's
"BTopenworld" Broadband ISP Service and Canada's SaskTel

Mystic, Connecticut -- September 28, 2000 - ApplicationStation.com will deploy USA Video Interactive (OTC BB: USVO; CDNX: US) technology in providing video-enhanced training, productivity and other applications to its customers, taking delivery of its first USA Video Interactive Hurricane MediaCasterT Video server in October.

ApplicationStation, a leading application service provider, or ASP, will provide application services to British Telecom (NYSE: BTY) for its BTopenworldä broadband Internet service, and to SaskTel as part of that company's BrainBinderä broadband portal, with each company's customers, including businesses, students, and home users, accessing ApplicationStation's large library of on-line software titles.

"Incorporating USA Video Interactive's streaming video and video on demand technologies will greatly increase the attractiveness and effectiveness of the services we are offering to all of our customers," said James Pennington, CEO of ApplicationStation.com. "Especially as we expand our vertical applications in industry and content-specific areas, video content will make our offer even more compelling to BT, SaskTel and others."

British Telecom launched its BTopenworld multi-user broadband access service and portal in July 2000 targeting small businesses and households. When launched, BTopenworld announced that more than 130,000 customers had pre-registered.
