ISLD, I would want to see more recovery here before a play but it's trying to bounce off a near double bottom from May. A piercing line at the moment, could turn into a bullish engulfing line. If the move today holds, it'll try and signal the bottom at 18 but this stock is and has been ugly for a long time...often fails late in the session.
