Actually, we should probably move this over to the Addiction thread. These kind shows of support will sully the reputation of this thread, which has been built on months and months of bad attitude and surliness. Before we know it, we're going to seem like we really give a sh#t about Sandwedge. Hell, we've got HIM believing it!

Like DS said just take one step at a time.Every time you feel a craving tell yourself I can hold off for another hour, then do it. After a while you'll have fewer and fewer urges for a smoke and they will easier to ignore.
You'll do it and, as you know, you've got a lot of people cheering you on.
